“Far and away the best community rehabilitation program we’ve ever seen.  The quality of their services, particularly Metro Scanning’s document imaging services, surpasses services offered by private sector companies,” said CNA President Nils Richardson.  “They’ve devised incredibly creative and self-sustaining programs that have been very successful in helping the disabled become autonomous.  And they’ve brought together the private, government and non-profit worlds to help make all of this possible,” he said.  “That is why we’ve recognized their work with the Outstanding Community Rehabilitation Program Award,” he said.
