Camino al Empleo - Hispanic Outreach
Camino al Empleo is an outreach initiative of HCE that creates and expands job and career opportunities for Hispanics with disabilities in the competitive labor market by engaging the talent and leadership of a network of community collaborators as partners in the rehabilitation process. Through this partnership competitive jobs and career opportunities are created and individuals with disabilities from the Hispanic Community acquire skills needed to perform these jobs.
A partnership with the New Jersey Division of Vocational Rehabilitation provides both funding for this outreach as well as funding for individuals’ respective training and/or employment.
