WHAT WE CAN DO
HCE has specialized in the provision of vocational rehabilitation services for over 50 years and is nationally accredited by CARF. It can bring to a project a comprehensive vocational rehabilitation program that would include a range of services. It also brings a strong history of collaboration with a broad range of public and private partners.
Its services include:
• Vocational Assessment
• Employee Development Services
• Vocational Counseling
• Case Management Services
• Job Placement
Four distinct employment outcome models are provided by HCE;
· Individual job placements in the private sector
· Supported Employment Job Placements offer integrated job placement within the private sector with pre-employment as well as long term employment support for those individuals needing additional support.
· Community Based Employment programs provides employment in the community with support for individuals with severe disabilities who are not ready for competitive employment through municipal contracting via municipal contracting.
· Social enterprise employment within HCE’s separate social enterprise businesses
